The creed

Making shit
suck less.

Bespoke hand tools, scabbards, blade restoration and repair — all with a Celtic, Germanic, druidic and grim-dark hand. Not the plundering-Viking cliché. Craft, harvest and fire.

I

The Trade

Everything that leaves the shed is made or mended by hand — to be used hard and kept for a long time.

01

Bespoke hand tools

Made to fit the hand and the job.

02

Scabbards & sheaths

Built around your blade, decorated to suit.

03

Blade restoration

Cleaning, re-hafting, re-finishing, customising.

04

Wood & metal craft

Signs, racks, small commissions.

05

Garden furniture

Pieces and ornaments built for the weather.

06

Repair & modification

If it’s broken or could be better, ask.

II

From the Bench

Recent work. Click any piece for more photos.

III

The Sigil

Every piece is signed with a bind rune — three Elder Futhark runes on one stave.

Read together the runes spell Jack. The word comes from the Latin sigillum — a seal, a stamp, an identifying mark.

ᛃ

Jēra · J · Harvest

Reward for hard work and the turn of seasons — new life in old steel.

ᚨ

Ansuz · A · The god

Ancestral wisdom and order — the blueprint, the structural logic, precise intent.

ᚲ

Kaunan · K · The torch

Controlled fire — forging, heat-treating, the blowtorch and the welder.

Commissions & repairs

Tell Jack what you’re after — a photo of the job helps. Every piece is quoted individually.
